Signs of Heart Attack Symptoms Women must Know for Save Her Life! If it comes to heart attack symptoms, i think women can have a man-sized problem from a biological standpoint, that is. So what is it that make female heart attack different, and what should we as women know?

The Classic Signs : The classic signs of a heart attack usually appear in men; these signs include: Crushing pain in the chest. Pain that radiates to to the neck, shoulders, and jaw. Shortness of breath and lightheadedness. Nausea.

Certainly, these heart attack symptoms can occur in women. However, a female heart problem usually appears more gradually, and with symptoms that can be related to other things.

Heart Attack Symptoms in Women : Ladies, we have to acknowledge that there are times when we shouldn’t pass off tell-tale signs just because we’re busy. Or write it off to “just stress.” Sure, it could be, but what if your heart’s trying to tell you something?  Some of the “sneakier” signs of a female heart attack include:
 1. Extreme fatigue and paleness.
 2. Unexplained anxiety.
 3. Abdominal pain.
 4. Back pain.
 5. Fainting spells.
 6. Racing heart.
 7. Cold sweats.
  And these are just some of the symptoms women may face. Any sound frighteningly familiar?

    Crushing chest pain. Pain that radiates down the left arm and up into the jaw. Women often has nausea and vomiting.
