The highest setting is very strong, especially for the price. In my opinion it is very high quality. It does have a strong plastic odor when you open it so I would recommend getting some feminine wipes to clean it off. The smell went away after cleaning it so it was not an issue. It is easy to clean and is well designed. Some people said it guzzles batteries but I find that batteries last a pretty long time.
I would suggest stocking up on batteries or looking into rechargeable batteries just in case. Considering the price, the design, the quality of materials used, and the strength I would say this product is pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend this cream to anyone who has dry skin or is dealing with a dry skin related problem. I bought this in my continuing quest for something to help my atopic dermatitis.
